Wanawagawa Night Safari
22

A unique wildlife experience – the Wanawagawa night safari is located in the backwoods of Uva province. The Wanawagawa reserve is a location of serenity and striking beauty and is home to an abundance of wildlife species. Due to the unique opportunity offered at the Wanawagawa reserve for night safaris, the visitors are granted the chance to witness extremely rare sightings of animals such as creatures that might creep out of their homes in the dead of the night to quench the thirst from one of the natural pools located below the camping rock.

The thick shrubbery within the zonal forestry offers all an unforgettable night safari experience where its visitors can enjoy the coolness of the cold breeze wafting through the stillness of the jungle and gather around bonfires to enjoy a warm meal or simply spend the night under the starry skies.
